Kim’s Famous DVD: “Fit in Your Jeans by Friday”

Looking at the success of her workout routine, she has released a DVD titled “Fit in your jeans by Friday”. This DVD shows the fitness routine for those who want to lose weight at short intervals.

Below are 3 of Kim’s Work Out Tips

  1. Toning the Gluts: Standing on an unstable surface, keep the legs slightly bent about a foot apart. Keep your hands on shoulders holding a 5-8 pound dumbbell in each hand. Squat to a count of three and return to positions. Repeat 35 times to tone the derriere.
  2. Toning the waist: Resting the right palm on the ground, legs stacked on each other and hips lifted, hold a 5 pound dumbbell and raise forearm to a 90 degree angle. Repeat 10 times and switch sides.
  3. Tone the arms: Stand with feet 1 foot apart. Bend knees and fold hands into fists. Move from the hips, keeping abdominal muscles clenched and punch using your right fist. Repeat with the other arm. Repeat 50 times.

Kim is committed to maintaining her fabulous body and works out every day at home with leg lifts, lunges, and squats.  She recommends television viewers to make the move as they are going to sit down, but hovering above the seat and standing up again. She says doing this exercise constantly can tone the derriere and legs to make them look lovely.
